The Perpetual Power Formula
Wouldn’t you love to know how the top leaders have had their massive success. Well a few days ago I was on a live webcast with one of our top leaders and she was sharing her secret to success, her perpetual power formula. It was so powerful I just didn’t want to keep it to myself so I decided to share it with all my lovely readers.
So what is the formula to mastering success?
The Perpetual Power Formula.
It’s actually very simple!
But, before I go into the formula I want to define a few words for you.
- Perpetual – occurring repeatedly; so frequent as to seem endless and uninterrupted.
- Power – the capacity or ability to direct or influenced the behaviour of others or the course of events.
So when combined how do we get the Perpetual Power Formula?
By following four simple steps!
- Form a CLEAR and DEFINITE PICTURE of what you want
- Hold this clear and definite picture in your THOUGHTS
- Hold true to your vision and have UNWAVERING FAITH
- Be GRATEFUL for everything
Now you may be reading this and something might be clicking inside your brain because my posts over the past few days have been leading into this. I’ve been slowly getting to this point as it’s a lot of information to take in at once. My mind was literally blowing up when I heard this call on Tuesday morning and it’s taken me a few days to process all the information. But bit by bit it’s all making sense and this is why I wanted to share.
If you are able to master and apply this perpetual power formula you will undoubtedly be successful but the key is to combine ALL four steps. You can’t skip over any of them or try to change the perpetual power formula because you think you know a better way. This is a tried and true formula that has worked for many people and this is why I’m sharing it with you.
Because there’s some points there that I have been following and others that I haven’t and I now realise the key to becoming even better at what I’m doing is to apply all four of these.
Now let me elaborate on each of these.
Firstly, when we talk about forming a clear and definite picture it needs to be super specific and right to the point – you need to know exact dates you want to achieve it, exact figures you want to achieve and you need to be able to visualise this. Clear and definite picture. I’ve spoken about finding your why before, follow this method, your clear and definite picture is basically your WHY.
Secondly, once you have this picture of what you want you need to hold this in your thoughts and think about it regularly. Not a day should go by without you thinking about this picture, see yourself reaching this point. If it’s something you want badly it will be ingrained in your subconscious mind and you probably won’t be able to stop thinking about it.
Thirdly, no matter what happens, you must hold true to this vision. This is generally where people start to fall apart, if some little obstacle gets in their way they think it’s not possible and they give up. Don’t let this be you. Even if it’s scary or something changes, always hold true to what you want and believe you will get it.
And finally, you must be grateful for everything. I found a quote today that fits this perfectly. “It’s not happy people that are thankful. It’s thankful people that are happy.” If you want to know more about having an attitude of gratitude you can refer to my post from a few days ago. I go into great detail about the importance of feeling grateful.
And there you have it, it may sound very simple, but try apply all this and it can be very hard as lots of people will skip steps or not be clear on what they want etc. and this is where the formula will erode. But if you are clear and you follow the steps then you will have a long road of success ahead and I wish you every bit of luck to get there.
